Is it safe to submit my credit card number online?
I use 128 bit SSL encryption technology, on secure, high encryption credit card processing servers to process credit card transactions. This means that your credit card information cannot be stolen, hacked or anything else. It is 100% safe.  The Information collected by our web servers is for security of our servers only. 

Is my name and information safe with you?
Yes!  We never, ever give out names or credit card information to anyone! Your private information never leaves our company, not even for mailing lists. View our Privacy Policy.  

If I order a DVD or Merchandise can anyone tell what's in the package?
No.  All purchases are sent discreetly in inconspicuous envelopes with just my PO Box as the return address.

How long does it take to receive my purchase, and how will you ship it to me?
It takes five to ten business days to process and ship orders within the US if you make your purchase online by credit card. International orders, mail orders, and orders from Canada will take a little longer. If you ordered by credit card you will have a choice of 7 day ground shipping or 2 day air shipping from the U.S. Post Office. If you ordered with a money order after I process your order it will automatically be shipped to you via 2 day air mail from the US Post Office, but please allow at least 2 to 6 weeks for delivery if ordering within the U.S and 4 to 8 weeks of delivery if ordering outside the U.S.

If I don't want to use my credit card, how else can I order?

Do you offer DVDs?
Yes. All videos are on DVD, no VHS.

I live outside of the US and Canada... Can I order a video?
Yes. However, international orders have to be paid for either through Paypal or with a Money Order. Please add $15 to your final order costs to cover shipping and handling. Contact me for more info.
