Sales are FINAL for all products.

There are NO REFUNDS on custom order videos or pics.

DVDs can be EXCHANGED if DEFECTIVE. NO REFUNDS

Defective items will be exchanged for the SAME product only.

You MUST report defective items within 15 DAYS of receipt of item. If you attempt to exchange an item after the required 15 DAYS your request will be denied. I maintain meticulous records of when products are sent, and I keep all of my confirmation receipts in order to check  as to actual receipt of the product.
